Events & Projects: Corporate events and festivals for 20 to 9,000 people

A good event feels easy. Behind it are planning, logistics and someone who keeps the overview. We organise corporate events, festivals and celebrations for 20 to 9,000 people, with one contact person from the first conversation to the final invoice.

What we do for you.

Concept and planning

We turn your idea into a plan that works, covering the running order, the budget and the schedule.

Project and event management

One contact person for everything. We coordinate suppliers, crews and partners and are on site on the day.

Festival builds

We plan and build festival grounds with our own build crew, for example at SunIce Festival in St. Moritz and Ascona since 2022.

Permits and safety plan

We find out which permits your event needs, handle the applications and write the safety plan.

Logistics

Materials, transport, build and teardown plans, so everything is in the right place at the right time.

Technical production, catering and crew

Sound, lighting, catering and staff: we coordinate partners and crews so it all comes together on the day.

Decoration and set design

Rooms and grounds that tell a story, from the entrance to the stage.

Budget and sponsors

We keep an eye on the budget from the first draft to the final invoice. If you like, we also look after your sponsors: we are their contact and make sure their presence at the event works.

Good to know: You can get in touch at any time. Three months’ lead time is usually good. For events with 250 people or more, allow six months or longer, mainly because of the venue.

How it works.

  1. First conversation

You tell us what you have in mind. We ask questions and work out what you really need. Your first online meeting is free.

  2. Quote

You get a transparent quote with scope, schedule and price, with no small print.

  3. Site visit and concept

Once you give us the job, we visit the site if needed. Then you get the concept and running order, usually with two rounds of revisions until everything is right.

  4. The event

We set up, run the event on site and take everything down afterwards. You have one fixed contact person throughout.

  5. Wrap-up

You get the final invoice, a summary and an evaluation. In the debrief we note what we’ll do even better next time.

Questions about Events & Projects.

All questions

How early should I get in touch about an event?

You can ask at any time. Three months ahead is usually good. For larger events with 250 people or more, allow six months or longer, mainly because of the venue. The organising itself can be done faster.

How big can the events be?

We have organised events for 20 to 9,000 people, from staff parties to festivals.

Do you also take care of permits?

Yes. We find out which permits your event needs, handle the applications and write the safety plan. For the structural engineering of builds we work with specialist partners.

Do you come for a site visit?

Yes, when it’s needed. Once you give us the job, we look at the site with you and plan the setup right there.

What do I get after the event?

The final invoice, a summary and an evaluation of the event. In a debrief we note what can go even better next time. If you booked photography, you get the pictures. If we also did the marketing, we show you the reach and impact.

What kinds of events do you work on?

Festivals, parties, corporate events, sports events, staff parties, village festivals and weddings.
